Gem Waterproof Wall Putty

Gem Waterproof Wall Putty is a white cement-based premium quality powder putty developed with waterproofing additives to fill dents/pinholes and ensure proper levelling of plastered surfaces. Suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces. Provides excellent waterproofing, low dusting while sanding and a smooth white finish.

How To Apply

Application Process

Primer

1. Primer

Apply a coat of preferred Gem Primer and allow drying for 4 - 6 hours

Putty

2. Putty

Apply a coat of Gem Waterproof Wall Putty to level the surface and let it dry for 6 - 8 hours. Sand with emery paper 180 and wipe clean.

Primer

3. Primer

Apply second coat of preferred Gem Primer and let it dry. Sand with emery paper 320 and wipe clean.

Topcoat

4. Topcoat

Thin a litre of preferred Gem Range of Emulsion with recommended water. Apply 2 - 3 coats of paint with an interval of 3 - 4 hours between successive coats. Dark shades may require additional coat for proper hiding.
