How To Apply
Application Process
1. Primer
Normally, primer is not recommended for new plaster surfaces. However, in case of chalky surface or repainting, it is recommended to apply one coat of Gem Premium Exterior Primer.
2. Topcoat
Apply Extura Texture by trowel to obtain a uniform coating thickness.Wait for 5 - 10 minutes, depending on the climatic conditions before creating the desired patterns by trowel. Allow the texture to dry overnight before applying the top coat. Recommended Tool: Steel & Plastic trowel. Thinning: If required, use 2% - 5% of fresh water for better application consistency.
3. Top Coat Application
Apply 2 coats of Gem Paints Exterior Emulsion of desired shade. Allow it to dry for 4 - 6 hours between coats.
